We are delighted to announce A Moment for Your Mind, a new way to support your wellbeing from NHS Lanarkshire Psychological Services. These friendly, ultra-short videos are full of practical skills and tips to help with mind and mood.
If you’re struggling with your wellbeing, they can give you useful pointers you can put into practice straight away. And if things are feeling OK, they can help you build healthy habits to keep on track.
We are launching with 11 videos, all focused on skills you can use right here, right now. The plan is to keep on growing this resource, so please do keep checking back in.
