Stress Control Audio Recordings
PRACTISE THESE AS THE COURSE PROGRESSES
These audio recordings are the relaxation and mindfulness exercises discussed as part of the Stress Control class from session 2 onwards. It is important to take some time to practise each of these exercises as recommended in session 2 (controlling your body), session 5 (controlling panicky feelings) and session 6 (boosting your wellbeing). The more you practise using these recordings, the easier it will be gradually to make use of the exercises on your own without having to listen to them. This is an important step towards becoming your own therapist.
