SilverCloud Therapy for You

SilverCloud is a wide range of CBT courses that can help with a variety of different problems, including physical health difficulties. The idea is that they teach you strategies to manage your emotions and ‘make some space’ around your problems. Four SilverCloud courses can be accessed by self-referral: all you need to do is fill in the online form linked below. We also have a growing range of courses to which your GP practice can refer you, including new programs focused on anxiety and depression.
