  • Kooth: wellbeing for young people

    Kooth is a free, anonymous online mental health and wellbeing service for young people aged 10-18. It offers a safe space for accessing therapeutic content, including peer support. It is now available across Lanarkshire.

  • Wellbeing South Lan

    This website is for people in South Lanarkshire aged 10-26, and those supporting them. Co-designed with young people, it is full of resources about dealing with difficulties and boosting wellbeing, and has lots of links to local and online supports.
